Sales and delivery terms and conditions:
Below you will find useful information in connection with using online booking. You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.
General:
- Pitches and rentals are available on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.
- Pitches and rentals on the day of departure must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. and rentals must be in a clean condition by 12:00 p.m. at the latest. 11.00 - unless final cleaning has been ordered in advance.
- Please note that final cleaning does not include tidying up, washing up and cleaning the grill! If pets have lived in a rental, it must also be vacuumed before departure, which is not included in any ordered final cleaning! Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

Payment:
- All prices stated in Dragstrup Camping's booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
- Payment is made at the same time as the order by using one of the approved payment cards in online booking, which are Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard, MasterDebit, Maestro, JCB and Diners.
- To benefit from a package offer, it must be ordered online before arrival. It is not possible to claim to have the booking changed to a package offer upon arrival.
- When using benefits from DKcamping:ID, a digital membership card must be presented at check-in. If the guest is not a member at check-in, the guest will be charged the deducted discount.
- Please note that both Camping's package offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts - including redemption of free accommodation through DKcamping:ID.
- Dragstrup Camping disclaims any responsibility for incorrect prices and calculations.
Identification:
- We accept all types of camping passes/camping:ID, but we definitely recommend DK-CAMPS FREE, ELECTRONIC CAMPING:ID FOR FAST CHECK-IN AND LOTS OF BENEFITS.
- Become a member of DK-CAMP's benefits club and get your own CAMPING:ID + discounts on lots of experiences - COMPLETELY FREE!
- Download the app "DK-CAMP" in the Play Store or App Store - here you will find YOUR CAMPING:ID. With it on your mobile, you are sure to get an easy and quick CHECK-IN. YOUR CAMPING:ID is your identification at many campsites in DK-CAMP. You also get discounts on fantastic experiences and attractions throughout Denmark.
Information about shopping on the internet:
You can safely book online through our booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should deal with payments online on the following website: www.fdih.dk.
Shipping and delivery:
- When booking and paying, you will be presented with a confirmation from Dragstrup Camping with an overview of what was ordered - which also includes the account for your purchase. The confirmation is also sent via email immediately after the purchase, if the correct email address is provided by the buyer.
- Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Dragstrup Camping on the day of arrival (and ends upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above-mentioned contract.
- Dragstrup Camping strives to deliver what the guest wants, but reserves the right to change any booking made by a specific unit to a similar standard, without the booking being considered invalid.
- Dragstrup Camping reserves the right to cancel any booking made, and considers a booking to be cancelled if an email has been sent to the guest at the email address specified when booking.
Right of cancellation and refund:
You have the option to change or cancel your booking by contacting us by email or phone. Be prepared with the booking number provided.
Places:
When canceling a space, the total price for the stay will be refunded, however, with a deduction equal to the space fee charged.
Rental:
More than 30 days before arrival: the total price for the stay will be refunded, with a deduction equal to 1/3 of the total rental amount.
Less than 30 days before arrival: nothing will be refunded. This also applies to last-minute offers.
Refund of the amount will be made to the payment card used for the booking.
Registration of information:
Dragstrup Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.
Privacy policy - collection and use of personal information
In connection with your purchase at Dragstrup Camping, you have entered a number of personal information, including in particular:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your payment details
- Your booking details, including the IP address from which the booking was made
We process this personal data in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction, as well as for a subsequent period of 5 years. After that, the information will be deleted.
Processing of personal data - consent
If you have checked the box "yes, I consent to you contacting me by email with newsletters or offers", we will process your email address and information about your purchases from us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at mail@dragstrupcamping.dk and stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.
Data security
- Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a booking or based on your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
- Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
- We use third parties to process your payment information (Quickpay.dk). We have entered into data processing agreements with this data processor, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
- Information, objection, amendment, data portability and deletion

- If there are errors in our information, you can always ask to have it corrected so that we have the correct information, just as you have the right to have the information provided in a common format (data portability). If you have any requests for changes or data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above email address.
- If you no longer want us to process your personal data, or that we should limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request to this effect at the above email address.
- Your information (except your email address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have completed your stay.
- If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your email address (so that we can send you our newsletter and relevant offers), you can do so at any time by clicking on a link in the individual newsletter.
Complaint handling:
If for some reason you do not receive your reservation confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call the telephone number.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by normal review of your reservation. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed.
When Dragstrup Camping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Dragstrup Camping will decide whether the received product should be refunded, exchanged or a price reduction should be given.

You can complain to the Center for Klageløsning via forbrug.dk or the EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when submitting a complaint.
