You can safely book online through our booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. You have the option to change or cancel your booking by contacting us by email or phone. Be prepared with the booking number provided.
Places:
When canceling a space, the total price for the stay will be refunded, however, with a deduction equal to the space fee charged.
Rental:
More than 30 days before arrival: the total price for the stay will be refunded, with a deduction equal to 1/3 of the total rental amount.
Less than 30 days before arrival: nothing will be refunded. This also applies to last-minute offers.
Refund of the amount will be made to the payment card used for the booking.

Dragstrup Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.

In practice, this means until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

Complaint handling:
If for some reason you do not receive your reservation confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call the telephone number.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by normal review of your reservation. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed.
When Dragstrup Camping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Dragstrup Camping will decide whether the received product should be refunded, exchanged or a price reduction should be given.
